Riverside Sun City Homeowners Association (aka Patio Homes) is wonderful collection of age restricted homes located in Sun City, California.
In addition to a five person Board of Directors, the community is governed by a variety of active Committees. The Board and the Committees are comprised of homeowner volunteers, assisted by The Avalon Management Group, a local professional management company.
